Wichita State’s Bachelor of Arts in Education (BAED)—English/language arts (secondary education)—equips students with a broad knowledge of English, linguistics, literature and writing, while preparing them for careers as certified teachers in grades 6-12.

The program combines classroom learning and real-world teaching experience in Kansas’ largest school district.
